About the Role

A regional accountancy practice has recently relocated to Leamington Spa as part of their ongoing business growth strategies and is looking for a Payroll Administrator in what is a first-class offering.


Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering a bespoke, tailored service.
* Process data on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis for clients.
* Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory allowances (holiday, redundancy, CIS, SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.).
* Prepare documents such as HMRC compliance, year-end reports, pensions, P45s, P60s, and RTI submissions.
* Liaise with clients, address queries, verify information, and offer advice.


Candidate Requirements

* Proven end-to-end payroll experience from a client-facing background (practice or bureau) or in-house.
* Strong understanding of statutory payroll regulations and interpretations.
* High level of accuracy, ability to multi-task and self-manage, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.
