3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established automotive dealership in, Birmingham. This is an authorised repairer for a leading European brand and a franchise dealer for a growing manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
9. Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
10. Scheduling service and repair work efficiently and accurately
11. Providing clear and accurate estimates and keeping customers informed throughout
12. Up-selling genuine parts, accessories, and additional services when appropriate
13. Liaising between customers, workshop, and parts departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
The Service Advisor will have the following:
14. Have at least 2 years of experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor role
15. Be confident, well-organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service
16. Possess strong communication and customer handling skills
17. Hold a full UK driving licence
18. Experience with Pinnacle DMS would be an advantage, but not essential.
