About the role
The Senior Organic Search Manager reports to the Head of Performance Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive organic search strategies and staying ahead of emerging trends, particularly AI, to align with the company’s marketing objectives.
What you’ll be doing
 * Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
 * Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and performance audits.
 * Collaborate with content, development and UX teams to integrate SEO best practices, influencing stakeholders to deliver the best results.
 * Monitor, analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, taking action from all data sources and MI to improve performance.
 * Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and industry developments.
 * Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and tool providers.
 * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About you
 * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
 * Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
 * Strong project management and organizational skills.
 * Proven experience in a senior SEO role, preferably within the financial services sector.
 * In‑depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
 * Experience with website analytics and SEO reporting tools.
Interview Process
This will be a two‑stage interview with a task.
Location & Working Pattern
This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
