Role:
As the Aftersales Manager at Porsche Centre Hatfield, you will lead a committed and passionate team of 40 employees, to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction and profit targets, through an unrivalled customer ownership experience akin to the brand. By reporting directly to the Centre Principal, your role will be pivotal within both the Porsche Centre Hatfield leadership team and the broader Porsche Retail Group management team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department – service reception, workshop and parts, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure that all service and repair work is conducted to the highest standards and in line with manufacturer guidelines
Monitor, analyse and ensure achievement of agreed KPIs within budget, implementing actions to improve performance as necessary
Ensure compliance with all health and safety, as well as environmental regulations
Regularly review and audit aftersales processes to ensure adherence to Porsche’s quality standards
Be an active participant in the senior management team within the Centre and PRG, helping to shape policies and processes
Minimum Requirements:
Valid UK Driver’s License
An experienced Aftersales Manager in a franchised automotive retailer or General Manager /Dealer Principal with a background in aftersales
Extensive understanding of aftersales processes, including service, repairs, and parts
Experience of leading and motivate large diverse teams
Experience of managing budgets, and driving profitability
