Cyber security sales specialist

Belfast, Northern Ireland Enso Recruitment is working with a leading technology and cyber security organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit for an experienced Security Sales Specialist to drive growth across enterprise and public sector accounts. This is a high-impact role for a proven cyber security sales professional who has experience winning and developing large, complex opportunities. You'll work with senior decision-makers, build strategic customer relationships and help organisations strengthen their security posture through innovative solutions. The Role You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing high-value cyber security opportunities with public and private sector organisations across a broad portfolio of services and solutions. Working closely with customers and internal technical teams, you'll help shape security strategies, understand business challenges and deliver solutions that create real value. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow security revenue across named accounts Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and security leaders Identify and qualify new business opportunities Lead complex sales engagements from initial discovery through to contract award Collaborate with solution architects, bid teams and delivery functions Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management Stay ahead of market trends, emerging threats and competitor activity Contribute to account strategies and business growth plans Experience Required Proven success selling cyber security solutions into enterprise or public sector organisations Track record of delivering multi-million-pound deals Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and managed services Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs and board-level contacts Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to navigate complex procurement and sales processes Security Solutions Knowledge Experience across some of the following areas would be highly beneficial: Managed Security Services SOC, MDR and XDR SIEM SASE and Zero Trust Identity & Access Management (IAM) Cloud Security Data Security OT/ICS Security What's on Offer Competitive salary and OTE Commission (£100k) Excellent Company Pension (10%) Healthcare Hybrid working Excellent career progression opportunities Collaborative and high-performing team environment Interested in finding out more?
