The Role
We\'re looking for a Product Engineer to help us evolve our customer-facing systems, both internal and external. This role is hands-on across our stack of technologies: from our data storage systems such as Postgres to our React-based web apps. If you love working full stack with a range of cutting-edge technologies in an exciting domain, then this role is for you.
What We Look For
* Proficient with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, TypeScript or similar)
* 4-6 years software engineering experience
* Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, and have a strong ability to deliver results within tight timelines
* Passionate to work with small & medium sized enterprises (SMEs) - these are our clients!

What You\'ll Do
* Own the design and implementation across our client-facing technology stack: Postgres, Java, Node and React.
* Work closely with product and operations to build features that serve both internal and external customers.
* Play a key role in refactoring and rearchitecting our existing codebase.
* Ensure code quality through reviews, testing and automation.
* Be a part of a core team of senior engineers tasked with fundamental system design decisions.
What We\'re Looking For
Technical Experience
* Experience working full stack: database, business logic and front end systems.
* Experience developing in complex domains.
* Fluency in programming languages such as Typescript, Go, Python, or Java.
* Experience with relational databases and SQL.
* Experience with redesigning and refactoring legacy systems.
