Shift Pattern
4 On, 4 Off (2 Days, 2 Nights) – 7 blocks before 18 days off, rotating back to the beginning of the next 7 blocks. Holiday allowance included within the shift pattern.
Salary & Bonuses
£50,159 + Bonus + Overtime = £55k and upwards achievable.
* Bonus from 6 months onwards: up to 10% of salary.
* Up to £300 production bonus per quarter.
* Up to £60 health and safety bonus per quarter.
* Up to £1,500 per annum additional bonus.
Overtime Rates
Mon‑Sat: x1.5, Sunday: x2.

Overview
Working for a large manufacturing business that has plants across the world, we now require a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the shift mechanical team.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
* Time served apprenticeship.
* Strong mechanical maintenance background, working within automated manufacturing/production environment or similar.
* Knowledge and understanding of gear boxes, motors and conveyors.
* Educated in a relevant engineering discipline – City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc.
Commuting
Alfreton, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, Belper, Ilkeston, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
