Overview
The Quinta Primary School, Congleton, is seeking to appoint a skilled adult with a passion for working with primary age children. The essential requirements are:
* Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
* Experience and knowledge of implementing SEND strategies.
* Child centred approach with strong PACE (Relationship based approach) experience.
* Excellent communication skills
* Evidence of building positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff
Desirable
* Experience of class cover
* Knowledge and working experience with White Rose maths and Read, Write Inc phonics.
