We have an exciting opportunity for a 4 session per week Maternity Locum within our friendly, close-knit team.
The vacancy will be for a period of 12 months from August 2026. The sessions required for cover are.
Tuesday all day.

Ladywell Medical Centre West (list size circa 10,350) is a forward thinking, friendly practice located in the village of Corstorphine on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Experienced or newly qualified GPs would be welcomed to apply. We are an active, long established GP training practice, who are used to working with GPs at all stages of their careers. We have daily huddles to improve team working and to provide mutual support/advice. The clinical team comprises of 7 GP Partners and 2 salaried GP. In terms of clinical and admin support, the team comprises of 2 Practice Nurses, a Treatment Room Nurse, a team of phlebotomists, SAS Paramedic input, in-house Pharmacist support, Practice Mental Health Nurse and a well established Administration Team. In addition, we have access to NHS Lothian 3rd Sector extended staff in the form of CAMHS staff. Duties will include consultations with patients by telephone, and Face to Face surgery consultations, as well as a share of home visits, DOCMAN, Prescriptions and on call session(s).
