We are looking for a General Operative to join our clients team to operate machines in production.
Our client is a growing business, and so we are on the lookout for energetic, creative, innovative team players to join us.
As a general operative you will be responsible for
* Carry out duties in a safe, consistent, and reliable manner
* Ensure processes are carried out to the highest standards, and to the desired output level
* Identify areas for improvement and put forward new ideas
* Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices
* Maintain good housekeeping
* Fulfil any other duties as directed by the management team

* The ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently

* Ability to work according to instructions
Full time: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday Double Day shift pattern. Candidates may be required to work outside of these hours, when necessary, especially in busy periods.
Salary: Starting pay rate is £11.74 rising to £13.66 after training.
