Salary: £27,024 to £31,185 per annum pro rata

We're recruiting for Regional Housing Administrator to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.
You’ll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintain relevant records, and action gas safety processes, liaise with contractors and raise Purchase Orders. You’ll also maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations, maximise income collection and liaise with colleagues on inspections.
You already have previous experience in a customer‑service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You can write clear, accurate and concise records, often analyse data from a variety of sources and prioritise your busy workload as required.

This is a hybrid role based at our office in March or Norwich, requiring you to work in the office up to one day a week; specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
