Ready to make an impact in project delivery?
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our delivery-focused team. This role is all about supporting successful outcomes – whether you’re managing project controls for a Senior Project Manager or providing governance and reporting across a programme. You’ll work in structured environments, applying PMO best practices across both waterfall and agile methods.
Flexibility is key. You’ll need to be prepared to travel to multiple client sites depending on the project – typically 2–3 days a week on-site. This could mean Hemel Hempstead for one project, then Salisbury, Farnborough, and potentially Gloucester for the next. It’s essential that candidates are aware of and comfortable with this. You must also be eligible and willing to obtain DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting project and programme governance, ensuring robust controls and compliance.
* Maintaining accurate reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
* Managing project documentation and supporting planning activities.
* Working closely with Project Managers and wider teams to ensure delivery excellence.
* Applying PMO frameworks and adapting to both waterfall and agile environments.
* Escalating issues early and keeping stakeholders informed.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role in a relevant sector.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and governance.
* Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to engage stakeholders and support third-party management.
* Proactive communicator who ensures transparency and timely escalation.
It would be great if you had:
* Experience in Central Government, Defence, or Security environments.
* Knowledge of DV clearance processes and compliance frameworks.
* Collaborative mindset – working effectively with PMs and wider teams.
* Resilience and adaptability in complex, changing environments.
If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
Although this role is advertised as full-time, we support different ways of working and can offer a range of flexible working arrangements. So, if you’re interested and need to work flexibly, we encourage you to apply and talk to us about what might be possible.
Level of Clearance: Eligible for DV
Referral Bonus: £1,500
Salary offered will be in line with experience and development needs.
