Our client, a commercial vehicle bodybuilder specialising in refrigerated vehicles, is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Production Manager for their centre in Atworth. Reporting to the Depot Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as the Vehicle Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of our client's refrigerated vehicle production site. You will be responsible for managing the daily workflow, ensuring that all production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in lean manufacturing, workflow management, and materials control will drive continuous improvement across the site. You will also be instrumental in setting up and managing the production facility to become established, ensuring alignment with business objectives. With a strong focus on communication and team development, you will mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to manage risks, optimise processes, and implement improvements to deliver results.
