About the RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites across the UK, performing swap-outs and replacements of retail IT devices. This role involves significant driving, so a clean driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site swap-out services in line with customer contracts. Maintain van stock and ensure all parts are processed correctly. Complete all paperwork accurately to meet customer requirements. Support project installations and assist colleagues when needed. Comply with health and safety standards and maintain certifications. Keep company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition. Attend periodic meetings and training at Head Office.
What We're Looking For Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong customer service experience and ability to manage challenging situations. Good working knowledge of Windows and IT systems. Field service experience preferred. Calm under pressure, professional, and customer-focused. Clean driving licence required.
