In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the service and maintenance of BEMS systems for customers across the Scottish region, mainly Dundee, Perth, Fife with some travel to Aberdeen.
This role would suit a time-served BMS / BEMS Engineer with a strong commissioning and / or servicing background. You will be electrically competent and have a good understanding of Trend, Tridium or similar systems.

The Role:
* Responsible for service and maintenance of building energy management systems (BEMS)
* Covering Dundee, Fife, Perth, Aberdeen
* Provide excellent customer service to customers, working collaboratively to resolve operational issues
* Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and energy performance reviews
* Identify solutions to improve energy efficiency
* Call out rota: 1 in 8 weeks Monday - Sunday, overtime at 1.5x Monday-Saturday, 2x Sunday
The Person:
* Experienced BMS / BEMS Engineer, commissioning and / or servicing
* Electrically competent
* Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium or similar
* Full UK Driving License
* Flexible to travel across Dundee, Perth, Fife and Aberdeen
