Job title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Slough (hybrid working) Contract length: 3 months (strong potential for extension) Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Analyst to join the Digital Technologies team at a leading global organisation. This is an exciting chance to drive change and efficiency across critical business processes. You will be stepping into a newly designated role to manage increasing workload and streamline requirements gathering, with a clear potential for this contract to become a long-term engagement. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid level BA who is keen to take initiative, has a strong interest and some experience in digital technology and wants to see their specifications implemented by developer teams. Some of the duties might include but are not limited to: Requirements Management: Own the end-to-end requirements gathering process, translating business needs into clear, detailed specification documents * Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the business stakeholders/functional experts and the development team * System Expertise: Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key digital systems, including (but not limited to) Beeline, MyHub, CLM (Contractor Lifecycle Management) and ServiceNow * Project Support: Support the implementation of new functionalities and system improvements by ensuring all requirements are scoped, documented and delivered accurately What We're Looking For (Essential Skills) * Proven BA experience with a technical/systems focus * Practical, hands-on experience with ServiceNow (minimum requirement) * Ability to produce clear, precise and comprehensive specification documents * Proactive approach and ownership of tasks * Experience working within global teams and across diverse cultures
