Overview
We're looking for an experienced Machinery & Sundries Trading Assistant to join our friendly, busy, and fast-moving team at Woldmarsh Producers, in Louth, Lincs. This is a specialist role that needs someone with good machinery and parts experience who can work brilliantly alongside our sundries team.
You'll be the go-to person for incoming calls and queries from members and suppliers, taking and progressing orders, and supporting your colleagues. Most importantly, you'll be providing that first-class, friendly, and professional service that our members have come to expect.

Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and queries - Be the first point of contact for members and suppliers with confidence and professionalism
* Process and progress orders - Take orders accurately and see them through to completion
* Provide exceptional member service - Deliver that first-class, friendly, and professional service our members expect
* Support team colleagues - Work collaboratively with both machinery and sundries teams
* Problem-solving - Use initiative and creativity to resolve queries and find solutions
* Data management - Keep information organised and accessible across systems
* Multi-task effectively - Juggle priorities whilst meeting deadlines in our fast-paced environment
* Build relationships - Develop strong rapport with members, suppliers, and colleagues
* Administrative duties - Maintain excellent organisational standards across all tasks
* Communication liaison - Effectively coordinate between different teams and departments
Experience
* Solid basic understanding of machinery, parts, and workshop consumables
Highly Desirable:
* Background in farming or agriculture sector
* Farm machinery dealership experience
* Experience working with sundries or consumables teams
* Previous customer service experience in agricultural/rural sectors
