We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage front of house staff, to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, demonstrating culinary skills and knowledge.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
* Train new employees on service standards, food production processes, and hospitality best practices.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
* Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pub, restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
* Previous experience in food preparation, (starters/deserts) roles is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in kitchen operations is an advantage.
