We’re looking for a Service Administrator to keep the service team running like clockwork. You’ll be the link between customers, engineers, and internal teams, making sure every job is scheduled, documented, and delivered on time. Pay: Up to £25,000 10% bonus Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 per week Holidays: 22 days (goes up the longer you stay) Perks: Pension, life cover, healthcare, career progression What you’ll do: * Schedule and confirm jobs with customers. * Upload documents to various portals. * Track incomplete jobs and resolve issues fast. * Support engineers with parts, orders, and paperwork. * Keep inboxes clear and customers updated.
