Job Description
CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for collections-only work based in the Preston (PR2) area. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company offering consistent, ongoing work Monday to Friday with daytime starts.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete up to 8 collections per shift
* Manual handling may be required depending on collection type
* Start time: 9:00 AM
* Shifts typically 810 hours
* Maintain a professional approach at all times
* Follow all health & safety and driving regulations
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Minimum 1 year of UK Class 1 experience
* No more than 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
* Good communication and timekeeping skills
* Physically fit and able to handle occasional manual work
