Job Outline
Working as part of the Sheffield showroom team you will be responsible for actively approaching clients and assisting them, identifying requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their requirements and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
* Greet the clients upon entry to the showroom.
* Recommend suitable product ranges to the client as per their specification (dimensions; budget).
* Provide the clients with detailed and accurate quotations within agreed time scales.
* Answer the telephone and deal with any client queries.
* Follow the agreed sales process.
Commercial Focus
* Deliver store sales in line with targets.
* Actively sell and promote the company’s products at all times.
* Excel at delivering and growing the brand in the store’s local marketplace.
Personal Attributes
* Excellent people skills.
* Smart personal appearance.
* Clear and positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills.
* Relevant experience with face‑to‑face customer sales in a similar environment or underlying traits to fulfil this role.
Education and Qualifications
* Good level of verbal, written and numerical literacy.
* Relevant experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
