Senior Sales Negotiator
OTE: £45k, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression, Company Car/Allowance
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join and strengthen our residential sales team in Aylesbury at our well-established Taylors branch.
You will be part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, working alongside a Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator, Senior Mortgage Advisor, and a dedicated lettings team.
Our Taylors Aylesbury branch is on an exciting upward trajectory, consistently delivering strong sales results and outperforming targets, with clear plans in place to further grow our market share.

Your role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
9. Preferably an experienced sales person
10. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
11. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
12. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
15. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
