CARE ASSISTANT Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with personal care and dressing
* Assisting residents with incontinence needs
* Assisting residents with repositioning – must be able to use required equipment such as hoist, stand aid, slide sheet, etc.
* Assisting with food and fluids
* Helping with laundry, cleaning, preparing meals
* Recording all relevant documents accurately – must have good verbal and written skills
CARE ASSISTANT Requirements
* DBS
* National insurance number
* Right to work in the UK
* Previous experience is essential
* Health and social care relevant trainings
* Manual Handling Practical training
* Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service
NURSE Responsibilities
* Valid NMC registration
* Experience in a care home or similar setting
* Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication
* Ability to document and communicate effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their families
* Ability to work in and lead a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs
