What you'll do: Oversee and manage maintenance of buildings, grounds, and general site facilities, including repairs, decorating, basic plumbing, joinery and grounds maintenance. Act as key-holder: open and close the site; manage contractors; monitor water temperatures; carry out fire-alarm/fire-safety checks; perform risk assessments and update records digitally. Assist with site traffic control, snow clearance or gritting when needed, and other general safety and maintenance tasks. Support overall Health & Safety compliance and record-keeping.
