The Role
As an Electrician, you'll be crucial in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of various electrical systems across your patch. Your duties will include:
* Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work, such as emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and sprinkler system checks.
* Conducting thorough fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical issues.
* Responding promptly to breakdowns and reactive work as needed to minimize downtime.
* Carrying out new electrical installations and project work when required.
You
To be successful in this Electrician role, you'll need:
* An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
* Current 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Proven experience in PPM works and a background in Facilities Management (FM).
* You must have your own tools.
* A strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
