Labcorp are looking for a Contract Analyst, in a home-based opportunity, situated in the UK. Preferably, you will be located close to one of our UK sites (Harrogate, Huntingdon, Eye or Shardlow), however this is not essential.

In This Position You Will
* Perform contract management tasks on low to medium complexity projects
* Lead negotiations for low to medium complexity projects with moderate to high management support
* Develop and review Agreements including Master Services Agreements (Client or Labcorp template)
* Develop and apply knowledge of Labcorp and key standard contract provisions to ensure proper contract terms for all types of studies
* Follow up on outstanding contract issues for resolution to meet internal and external deadlines and to minimize business and legal risk
* Serve as contract management lead for strategic accounts
* Work cross-functionally with Contract Management, Legal, Proposal Management, Finance, Commercial Development and Sales teams to resolve contract issues in a timely manner
* Assist management and subject matter experts (SME) in maintaining harmonized contract processes and client relationships
* Support and update all applicable systems as assigned (e.g. Salesforce, CMS, contracts database) to provide accurate and up-to-date information on contract status and details in a timely manner
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
* Have experience in contract management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or CRO Industry
* Have previous experience in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining professionalism
* Be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills
* Have exemplary working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and hold excellent written and oral communication skills
