Are you an experienced HR or Employee Relations professional looking for your next step? We’re welcoming Expressions of Interest for upcoming opportunities within our People & Culture team at Sigma Healthcare — home to Australia’s largest pharmacy network, including Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Stores.
These future roles will support leaders across our store network with a strong focus on employee relations, coaching and driving positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing specialist employee relations advice and managing complex casework
* Coaching leaders to make fair, compliant and commercially aligned decisions
* Supporting investigations, grievances, and performance matters
* Strengthening workplace culture and uplifting people practices
* Building trusted relationships across a diverse, multi-site environment
What You’ll Bring
* Demonstrated ER experience in a fast‑paced, operational environment
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards & compliance
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Ability to influence leaders and uplift capability
* Strong organisation, judgement and professionalism
