A ‘Good’-rated 2-Form Entry primary school in the Ward of Ladywood is seeking a full-time Primary Academic Coach to support Key Stage 2 pupils from September 2025 to July 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your classroom skills and make a meaningful difference to children’s progress.
About the role:
Provide 1:1 and small group academic interventions across KS2
Support with planning and differentiation
Help manage behaviour and engage pupils in learning
Work closely with class teachers to identify and support pupils’ needs
What we’re looking for:
A graduate with a strong interest in education
Previous experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid)
Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
Committed to making a difference in the classroom
Interested in pursuing a PGCE or teacher training in the future
