Offer description

We are currently recruiting x2 Admin Officers for our client based in Omagh. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: 15th September

Rate of pay: £13.75

Duration: 25/01/26

Hours of work: 37

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a multi functional administrative team providing front office support as necessary. Work within the First Contact team and cover a varied range of duties from Reception, Digi Zone, interviewing claimants, managing mailboxes etc. Mandatory training is fully face to face for the duration of 12 days, this will require travel to another location either by car or public transport. Training could be in Marlborough House Craigavon.

*TRAINING LOCATION IS YET TO BE ADVISED BUT MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AS IT MAY BE OUTSIDE OF OMAGH*

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

1. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
