Role Overview
We have an opportunity for an Advisor, who is part‑qualified or currently working towards the Level 5 CIPD qualification, to join our friendly team that focuses on a wide range of areas including People and Culture issues and casework, staff experience, health and wellbeing, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers on a range of People issues and casework in accordance with Spectrum’s policies, employment legislation, ACAS codes of practice and other professional standards.
* Support managers to resolve People issues informally wherever possible.
* Support wellbeing initiatives and improve staff experience by reviewing data, best practice, engaging with staff and staff networks to listen to feedback and make recommendations on appropriate initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with a wide variety of staff, both verbally via presentations and staff briefings and in writing using reports or newsletters.
Qualifications
* Education to degree level or equivalent.
* Part‑qualified or working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
* Enthusiasm and creativity to improve staff experience and health and wellbeing.
