An exciting two-year secondment opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to lead our adult social care team in the NN1 Primary Care Network of north Norfolk. We are seeking a forward-thinking manager to shape the way we work with communities, partners and our own talented teams to support people relationally and in a way that is truly joined-up and preventative. With strong social work values and a collaborative leadership style, this is your chance to take a key leadership role in embedding Human Learning Systems principles, fostering genuine collaboration and community-led support. You will work alongside healthcare leaders, social care professionals, commissioners, and third sector partners to create joined-up services that put people’s strengths, assets, and aspirations first; ensuring services meet the evolving needs of Norfolk’s diverse communities.
