Robert Half is working with a c£250m turnover business in Leicestershire to recruit a new Treasury Manager. This role will report directly into the Head of Finance and have ownership of all treasury. They are a high-growth, profitable, investment led enterprise and as such the Treasury Department is key for them to continue moving forward.
The organisation is based in Leicester, and this role requires 3 days a week in the office.
Role Overview
* Act as the primary contact for banks, lenders and investors
* Financial reconciliations, and implementing treasury improvement initiatives.
* Lead hedging initiatives
* Support the monthly management accounting team
* Strong cash-flow management, taking control of forecasting and control
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Qualifications in treasury or finance are essential, along with a strong academic background
* Demonstrable experience in a Treasury Manager role
* Experienced in working with a high-growth business
* Ability to business partner at all operational levels
