Senior Lettings Negotiator – St Albans
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator in St Albans to join a successful and reputable local estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated property professional looking to progress their career within a thriving team.
Location: St Albans
Salary: Basic + OTE up to £40, per annum (uncapped) + Pension + Free Parking
Working Hours: Monday to Friday + every other Saturday (with one day off in lieu per month)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with landlords and tenants, host property viewings, and negotiate lettings deals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants.
3. Manage your own administration, ensuring all client and property records are kept updated.
4. Stay informed about the local St Albans property market to provide accurate advice.
5. Work collaboratively within the team to meet and exceed lettings targets.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Minimum of two years’ experience in lettings or sales negotiation.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Strong customer service and client-facing abilities.
9. Proactive, sales-driven attitude with a goal-focused mindset.
10. Team player with strong organisational skills.
