Your role will combine strategic leadership, community engagement, sales, and operational oversight. You’ll help position the location as a go-to destination for forward-thinking founders and organisations looking to innovate and scale.
Innovation & Community Development
Build and grow a strong community of entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators.
Leverage networks to attract ambitious businesses into the space and workshops.
Partner with innovation and business support programmes to add value to the member experience.
Support the delivery of events and initiatives that inspire connection, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
Drive occupancy through active lead generation, pipeline management, and member retention.
Represent the location at networking events and engage with the broader business ecosystem to increase awareness.
Operations & Facilities Management
Ensure the smooth running of the site, from facilities and building management to process optimisation and service delivery.
Maintain full Health & Safety compliance and liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed.
Manage billing cycles, budgets, and reporting, ensuring all financial processes are efficient and accurate.
Deliver a high-quality, engaging member journey from onboarding to ongoing support.
Work closely with internal teams to align services with the evolving needs of the community.
Support team members through regular 1:1s, personal development plans, and performance reviews.
Foster a strong service culture and ensure the team is aligned on delivering an exceptional member experience.

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in fast-paced, service-driven environments
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in innovation hubs, flexible workspaces, accelerators, or creative/tech environments
Bonus points for:
Existing networks within startup or innovation ecosystems
Experience with innovation programmes, prototyping spaces, or community development
Familiarity with CRM systems, Xero, OfficeRnD, or similar tools
