Role Summary
As we continue to scale our Corporate Finance offering, we are seeking a Transaction Services Director with the vision, authority and technical strength to elevate and lead our due diligence capability. You will be supported by an extensive regional network and the resources of a modern, forward‑thinking advisory group.
You will advise clients through complex and often transformational transactions, leading mandates delivered by our existing teams across the group and acting as central point of expertise and quality assurance whilst building a best‑in‑class financial due diligence function within Xeinadin. You’ll refine, standardise and strengthen processes, develop quality frameworks, and ultimately build and lead a dedicated TS team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and advise SME and OMB clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including disposals, mergers, acquisitions and platform builds (including PEBacked).
* Provide clear, commercially grounded recommendations throughout the deal.
* Manage relationships with business owners, investors, private equity houses and other stakeholders.
* Act as the firm’s primary lead for financial due diligence engagements.
* Oversee scoping, planning, execution and reporting across multiple concurrent mandates.
* Strengthen TS processes, methodologies and outputs to deliver consistency and excellence group‑wide.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and insight.
* Collaborate with existing diligence resources across the group, leading multidisciplinary teams on live engagements.
* Build and grow a dedicated TS team as the service line develops.
* Mentor and develop talent, instilling high professional standards and a collaborative, growth‑minded culture.
* Support business development, attend pitches, and help drive revenue growth in the Corporate Finance function.
* Contribute to broader strategic initiatives to strengthen our overall M&A offering.
Key Requirements
* A highly experienced Transaction Services professional, typically ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong background in financial due diligence.
* Demonstrable experience advising SME/OMB clients and handling complex, multi‑stakeholder transactions.
