Senior Lecturer in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Within our multi-award-winning team at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, we have a vacancy for a Senior Lecturer in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The Centre is a flagship component of the University of Bristol's strategy to further strengthen the links between education, research, entrepreneurship, and innovation, leveraging Bristol’s city and region as a unique asset on the international stage.

What will you be doing?
The role involves leading the development and delivery of entrepreneurship education and undertaking related administrative duties. A key focus is developing practical, applied learning approaches that utilize team and project-based studio learning. You will help students develop innovative solutions to problems and enable change, both individually and in groups.
You will teach across various levels, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, and contribute to evolving teaching, learning, and assessment strategies. You will inspire students using your knowledge, experience, and skills, and lead the design and development of entrepreneurship activities, initiatives, and programmes, including projects and non-accredited courses.
You should apply if
* You have expertise in areas such as:
o Technology-reliant start-ups, especially those linked to digital technologies, AI, or UX.
o Entrepreneurial theory, strategy, and finance.
o Working with technology-driven organizations to deliver impactful change.
o Approaches to delivering change.
1. You possess significant experience in a relevant commercial, social, or teaching environment in higher education.
2. You are familiar with current debates, trends, and issues in entrepreneurship and start-up cultures.
3. You demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills.
4. You can contribute effectively to the management of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
5. You have experience fostering and developing entrepreneurial cultures.
