What Youll Do
* Bring social brand ideas and campaigns to life through high-quality motion design
* Create compelling animations, edits, and visual storytelling using After Effects, Premiere Pro and ideally Blender
* Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to craft engaging content
* Push creative boundaries to deliver outstanding work across a variety of channels
* Play a key role in shaping and evolving our motion offering within the agency
What Were Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in motion design within an agency or brand environment
* Strong expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Adobe CC (knowledge of 3D a bonus)
* A passion for storytelling, animation, and building brands through motion
* A sharp eye for design, typography, and composition
* Confidence to take a brief and run with it, bringing fresh thinking and creative energy
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for being part of a tight-knit, ambitious team
