Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the onboarding journey from prospect to client. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent time management, accuracy, and strong communication skills across all levels.Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all stages of client onboarding, ensuring compliance with AML, GDPR, and KYC regulations
* Prepare and process legal and onboarding documentation
* Liaise with solicitors and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records within CRM and legal files
* Provide administrative support to sales and compliance teams
* Support events and produce regular reporting as needed
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience with legal or client documentation and customer service
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using CRM systems and handling sensitive information
* Knowledge of AML, GDPR, and KYC compliance (training can be provided)
