Geotechnical Engineer
Working location: UK (London)

Key competencies:
* have proven experience in offshore site characterisation and analyses of in situ data and laboratory test results
* have in-depth experience with planning, scoping and execution of offshore geotechnical site investigations, including operational and in situ techniques
* have in-depth experience with Leg Penetration Analyses and engineering assessments applicable to jack-up installations
* have proven experience with processing and validating geotechnical data, including AGS data handling and with writing Geotechnical Interpretation Reports (GIRs)
* have knowledge of the geotechnical input required for foundation and cable design, installation constraints and understanding of the interfaces with different engineering teams
* have a high degree of personal responsibility and accountability and capable of working with different tasks in parallel
* have strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working closely with colleagues and project teams.
* must be able to speak and write English fluently

Tasks:
* Review of leg penetration and spudcan-quay wall interaction analyses provided by consultants; review of leg penetration analysis and vessel suitability; High level jack-up installation assessment using in-house tools and methods.
* Other potential ad-hoc tacks:
* Supporting scoping, planning and operations for geotechnical site investigations and laboratory testing
* analyzing and interpreting large geotechnical datasets to deliver high-quality site characterisations and engineering soil/rock properties for design and installation assessments
* Supporting engineering assessments for jack-up installations
* other tasks aligned with the competencies above and support offshore wind farm site characterisation and related engineering activities.
