The practical bits Rota system with weekend working, one Sunday every two weeks, a mixture of 8-4 & 12-8 shifts during the week. You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay). Based at our Wilkinson House service, a 9 bed hostel. Holding a caseload of customers providing effective support using our support planning model.
