Job Overview:
As the Northern Education Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of freelance educators, drive educational initiatives across the northern region, collaborate with distributor partners, deliver exceptional education experiences, and report to the Head of ASP Education. The role involves regular international travel to engage with global markets and expand our educational programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of freelance educators in the northern region, ensuring high-quality educational delivery.
* Collaborate with distributor partners to strengthen business relationships and maximize education initiatives.
* Oversee the implementation of educational programmes, workshops, and events aligned with brand objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase education-related sales and brand visibility.
* Represent the company internationally, leading education initiatives in global markets.
* Report on key performance indicators, feedback, and growth recommendations to the Head of ASP Education.
* Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's mission, values, and vision in all educational settings.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or as a brand educator within the hair industry.
* Relevant professional qualifications in Hair.
* Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating teams.
* Strong understanding of B2B relationships with distributor partners.
* Deep knowledge of haircare products and techniques, with teaching ability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally regularly.
* Full driving license; company car provided.
