This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified professional who is keen to build a career in Corporate Finance. My client is considering candidates form a Corporate Finance OR Audit background. The successful candidate will work alongside a high-calibre team on live transactions from day one, gaining hands-on experience across deal origination, financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence. The Role Support the execution of M&A, investment, and fundraising transactions. Prepare financial models, valuations, and pitch materials for clients and investors. Assist with due diligence and data analysis on target businesses. Develop sector knowledge and contribute to market research and deal sourcing. Work closely with senior team members on client delivery and business development. The Candidate Newly qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent), ideally trained within a Top 10 or mid-tier practice. Strong analytical and Excel / financial modelling skills. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills. A proactive, commercially minded approach and genuine interest in corporate finance and transactions.
