£55,000 - £60,000 per annum + annual bonus + shares + increased pension + benefits
Monday - Friday, 39 hours
Are you a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Team Leader with a background in Manufacturing supporting a team of Engineers? Due to continued growth and an increase in orders, we are looking to recruit a confident Engineering Team Leader to take responsibility of their highly skilled engineering team. You will lead, motivate and drive the performance of a maintenance team, within a state-of-the-art facility within Lisburn.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the team, overseeing all maintenance on the machinery. The successful Team Leader will in communication with Managers within the team to ensure the business runs smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineer looking to make a move in a Leadership and management role within a continuous growing multi-billion-pound company.
