Overview
We are searching for a passionate Marketing and Design Executive to join our growing Marketing team based in our Ipswich Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your ideas to life, creating eye-catching visual content, supporting campaigns, and building our brand's presence across digital and print channels.
As part of our dynamic team, you'll combine creativity with strategy - blending design expertise and marketing insight to deliver campaigns that captivate audiences, strengthen brand awareness, and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
* Produce in-house graphic design for both online and offline channels.
* Develop fresh, creative concepts that align with our brand vision.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
* Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Marketing or Graphic Design role, familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
* Eye for design and ability to translate ideas into effective creative work that supports business goals.

This is a Full-Time permanent position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm). A hybrid work pattern is also available.
