Internal Salesperson - Full-Time
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team in Prudhoe. This full-time role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
Prepare accurate quotations and follow through to order confirmation
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales and customer support
Strong account management skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual tasks independently
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Exceptional organisational skills
A confident and professional telephone manner is essential
Due to the location, access to own transport is desirable
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential
Personal Attributes
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to developing new business
Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
A strong team player who contributes to team goals while working independently when required
