Teaching Assistant – Amble Area
Northumberland Coast | Full-Time, Term Time | £90–£110 per day | Secondary & Sixth Form Setting

In this role, you’ll:
✔️ Support students in class, helping them stay focused and engaged
✔️ Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions—academic or pastoral
✔️ Help build positive relationships and routines that stick
✔️ Be a reliable presence across the school day—from first bell to final lesson
About you:
Empathetic, adaptable, and confident around young people
Experience in schools or other youth support roles is ideal
SEN experience is a plus, especially with autism, ADHD or SEMH
Big on kindness, steady under pressure, and not afraid of a challenge

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
