We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Escalation Engineer to join our client in Chessington, Surrey.

The IT Service Desk Escalation Engineer will pick up any issues the 1st Line team cannot resolve.
The IT Service Desk Escalation Engineer will primarily be based at my client’s office in Chessington. You may be required to visit a customer’s office from time to time, so the successful candidate must have a vehicle.
Technical Skill Requirements:
1. Operational knowledge of ICT hardware & software & the integration of the two
2. Operational knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments (Windows 10 & 11 / Mac OSX / iOS) & Windows Server /2016/2019/2022/Azure, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, M365, Google Workspace
3. Working knowledge of mobile devices and MDMs - Android / Windows / iPhone - Meraki MDM/Lightspeed
4. Working knowledge of VMWare ESXi and Hyper V
5. Strong knowledge of Group Policy management
6. Strong knowledge of User profiles, Roaming & Mandatory
7. Technical knowledge of Apple Mac hardware & software (including Mac OSX/iPod/iPhone) - desired
8. Working knowledge of common user applications: including Microsoft Office applications (2019 and 365), All common web browsers
