About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Mattressman, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an informed, professional, and ethical experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer care, managing and resolving queries quickly and efficiently.
* Store Presentation: Ensuring the store is clean, presentable, and stocked to the required standards at all times.
* Sales: Developing and maintaining both new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.
* Telesales: Seamlessly handling telesales calls in addition to assisting in-store customers.
* Technology Adaptation: Adapting to new technology to enhance the customer experience.
* Teamwork: Working flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
* Cash Handling: Carrying out daily cash handling routines with accuracy and integrity.
* Compliance: Adhering to data protection policies and updating POS and pricing changes as guided by management.
