Location: Egham
Hybrid: Two days a week on site.
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits

Business Analysis Manager - What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading a team of Business Analysts across varying levels of experience
* Running regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and development conversations
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and career progression
* Creating a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and collaboration
* Acting as a sounding board and mentor for analysts navigating complex challenges
* Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across projects
Business Analysis Manager - What You’ll Already Have
* Experience managing or leading a business analysis function
* A people-first approach to leadership and team development
* Confidence in running coaching conversations and performance reviews
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
* A background in digital environments or internal systems
* Bonus if you’ve worked in logistics or with cross-functional delivery teams
