We are now seeking a Skilled Signage Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex signage projects from concept to completion.
This is a key role within our organisation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
•. Define client requirements, project scope and deliverables.
•Assist clients with technical specifications and product options.
•Produce full project plans, schedules, tasks and timelines.
•Gather accurate project information and carry out site surveys.
•Complete risk assessments and ensure adherence to Health & Safety requirements.
•Manage snagging lists and additional works requests.
Client & Stakeholder Management
•Attend site meetings and client briefings as required.
•Respond to quotation requests and provide technical input.
•Maintain a professional, positive relationship with clients throughout each project.
•Manage project sign-off and prepare all documentation for invoicing.
Internal Coordination
•Liaise with internal teams involved in design, manufacture, installation and logistics.
•Coordinate workflow across departments to ensure project milestones are met.
•Communicate updates clearly and proactively to all stakeholders.
General Duties
•Represent the business positively at external and internal meetings.
•Maintain flexibility and support any additional reasonable duties as required.
•Ensure company standards, equipment care and safety policies are always followed.
About You
Essential:
•Proven experience in the signage industry, ideally managing large-scale or complex projects.
•Strong organisational and time-management skills.
•Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
•Professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
•Competent IT skills; ability to read and interpret building plans.
•Strong teamwork capability and a proactive attitude.
•Able to provide relevant references.
Desirable:
•Experience using Adobe Illustrator or other design software.
